AI generates initial content and transforms existing material into chatbot dialogues and learning tools. All content is subject to client review and approval by a qualified medical specialist before going live.

No Personal Data

Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
We employ NLP to precisely comprehend patient inquiries during chatbot interactions, using Microsoft LLM LUIS. No assumptions are made when the bot is unsure. Integration with other LLMs is possible upon request.
No Generated AI Responses
AI only responds to pre-approved inquiries using pre-approved answers, eliminating unsupervised responses. However, we don't control AI usage in third-party software integrated with BrandGame by the client.
