Solution
Our chatbot became a personal assistant, helping patients adhere to their treatment regimen and improve eye care. It reminded patients to take their eye drops and tablets, motivated them to perform eye exercises, and provided useful advice on improving their vision. To make the experience more engaging, we added support elements such as personalized reminders, tracking compliance, and short educational materials to highlight the importance of adhering to therapy.
Results
The number of missed doses decreased by an average of 25%. Patients noted that regular reminders and support helped them adhere better to their treatment schedule, and access to information about their vision condition made the therapy more motivating.
